Inspirefest 2015 is a two day event that connects professionals interested in the future of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
Taking place at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on Thursday 18th June and Friday 19th June, the event is attended by top tech leaders, scientists and engineers, innovation professionals, business and political leaders, academics, teachers and students, as well as entrepreneurs and investors, offering new perspectives on innovation, leadership and success.
Speakers at this year’s event include Astrophysicist Dame Jocelyn Bell Burnell, former advisor to Hilary Clinton, Shelly Porges, Chief Technology Officer Fidelity Investments Stephen C Neff, Director of the Science Foundation Ireland Prof Mark Ferguson, President of Dublin City University Prof Brian MacCraith, CEO of Enterprise Ireland Julie Sinnamon and many more.
Inspirefest’s very own Fringe Festival will also take place in the beautiful surroundings of Merrion Square, at the heart of Georgian Dublin. With an array of musical performances, film screenings, workshops and family-friendly fun, attendees are encouraged to come along and be inspired all over again.
The Inspirefest Fringe Festival will begin on Thursday 18th June and run until Saturday 20th June and events include walking tours, live performances by Little Green Cars, Little Xs for Eyes, Kate Kim, Wyvern Lingo and Inni K, as well as Q&A events and both adults’ and children’s workshops.
