Don’t miss the Dublin Vintage Fair in Dún Laoghaire this Sunday for unique style, shopping, shows and sequins.

Take half a step back in time this weekend and enjoy all the delights of vintage shopping with modern conveniences to boot. The Dublin Vintage Fair takes place in the Royal Marine Hotel, Dún Laoghaire this Sunday and includes more than 50 traders of retro goods and wares, be that fashion, accessories or vintage décor, and includes offerings from a range of different eras.

Retro-beauty lovers will also be catered for with Amanda Hynes Johnson of Ruby Garnet Makeup and vintage hair stylist Claire Barry tending the glamour parlour recreating classic vintage looks as well as updated styles for the more modern lady, who still fancies a touch of old-fashioned class.

This year’s event is curated by Irene O’Brien, fashion presenter, writer, event planner and vintage aficionado. The venders in attendance will also bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to their stands. The fair is a chance to bag a special piece from whichever decade makes you nostalgic for times long gone. And, it is the perfect opportunity to pick up Christmas gifts with a difference or to find something to please the history buff or retro-fashionista in your life.

It’s worth bringing your vintage A-game and sporting something that’s fashionably dated if you plan on entering the Best Dressed Lovelies competition, with fabulous prizes for the best dressed of the day.
