Neighbourhood Dublin brings you a DJ competition in aid of Pieta House, taking place on Thursday, 7th April in The Wiley Fox.

This is Neighbourhood’s first event and the night will feature both established performers and up and coming DJs as they compete for the title of champion, along with a variety of prizes and other incentives.

There will be six DJs from a variety of different playing styles competing on the night, each performing a half hour set. The judges for the competition include established DJs from around the city, alongside other industry stalwarts, who will be closely watching each DJ as they show off their talent in front of the crowd.

The prizes that are up for grabs so far include a ‘Set bundle’ comprising a set with Bedlam Events, Toast Dublin, Strictly Deep, Techno & Cans, and Neighbourhood, with more to be announced. The second prize is a pair of AKG K619 professional DJ Headphones courtesy of Tower Records, worth around €130. More prizes will be announced in the coming days. The night will close with sets from Neighbourhood DJs and guests.

Neighbourhood’s DJ competition in aid of Pieta House takes place from 11pm on Thursday, 7th April in The Wiley Fox. Tickets are now available online from Eventbrite or at the door on the night.

All profits from this night will go directly to Pieta House, who do such phenomenal work across the country in the area of mental health, suicide and self harm.
