A multitude of Ireland’s best-loved comedians ‘stand up’ for sick kids in Temple Street this June.

Laugh Out Loud is back in Vicar Street on Saturday, 13th June, with another fundraising night in aid of Temple Street Children’s University Hospital. Kevin McGahern will be the MC for the evening, with the likes of Al Porter, Colm O’Regan, Chris Kent, David O’Doherty, Karl Spain, and John Colleary all taking to the stage.

Denise Fitzgerald, CEO, Temple Street Foundation said “You can expect a star-studded line-up of the nation’s favourite comedians coming together for a cause close to their hearts. This event has raised over €115,000 for sick kids since it started and is a night not to be missed! I would like to thank all the comedians who have supported us over the years and a special thanks to the Lisa Richard’s Agency for their continued support – you have helped us to make a real difference to our patient’s lives.”

This year Temple Street will embark on one of their most ambitious projects yet – the construction of a new Neurology and Renal Outpatients Unit. Paediatric Neurology and Renal Dialysis and Transplantation are two of the hospital’s major specialties; the expert care in these units is a life-line for children all over Ireland. In 2014, over 6,000 children attended the hospital’s renal and neurology clinics, and outpatient services for these critical specialties are currently run in cramped and crowded environments.

Laugh Out Loud is organised in association with The Lisa Richards Agency and the show starts at 8pm. Tickets cost just €21 (including booking fee), available from Ticketmaster.
