OFFSET, one of the world’s most important creative events, returns to the Capital for it’s fifth edition at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre this March.

Each year, OFFSET, which was recently listed by Computer Arts Magazine as one of the ‘Top 50 Key Moments of Design History of the last 50 years’, hosts interviews, presentations, debates and panel discussions with the best Irish illustrators, designers, artists and more, live on stage.

This three day conference attracts visitors from all around the world including Asia, Australia and Europe, and allows attendees to mingle with some of the very best in the creative industry through interviews and group discussions without the segregation of VIP areas or green rooms.

This year’s line-up includes Creative Directors Mark Bernath and Eric Quennoy, who have created many campaigns for Nike, and Neville Brody, the British graphic designer whose work has featured in The Face magazine and who has designed album covers for artists such as Depeche Mode.

Home-grown creative talent includes fashion stylist Aisling Farinella, a regular contributor to The Irish Times and Image magazine and Maser, the graffiti artist who was recently named by The Irish Times as being one of the ‘60 Most Creative People in Ireland’.

OFFSET’s organisers Richard Seabrooke, Ben Byrne and Peter O’ Dwyer, have 20 years of creative experience behind them and have seen the conference grow from 450 delegates to 2,000 this year. This one of a kind event is the perfect place to pick up ideas and inspiration from creative legends as well as to gain an insight into their personal perspectives and practices.

OFFSET runs from Friday 21st March to Sunday 23rd March at the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre and tickets start from €165. There are Early Bird and group deals available and tickets can be booked online or by calling the box office at +353 (1) 677 7999. The conferences begin at 10am each day.
